Interested in electronic sound devices and prepared traditional instruments since his early youth. From 1987 on, education in traditional Afro-Cuban, African and New Percussion, member of several percussion ensembles and development of improvisation styles based on natural instruments. Since 2005 free improvisation with electronics in, among others, the duo blauwurf. Creator of and performer on the ‘scivolo’ a compact digital instrument, with spontaneous music in mind.

"Founded by Jorge Sánchez-Chiong (composer / turntablist) and Thomas Wagensommerer (mediaartist / musician) at the dawn of 2014 in Vienna. Due to an ongoing long-term companionship in creating interdisciplinary approaches for performance, cinema and theatre, null95 was established to fuse the love of its founders for pop history and radical sonic expressions."
