Um den Tod zu feiern macht sich, Vienna ist Tropical mit einem furchteinflössenden Event bemerkbar, der sogar die Toten zum Tanzen bringen wird. Zu diesem besonderen Anlass besuchen uns direkt aus Kolumbien La Perla Bogotá, die uns mit ihren afro-karibischen Rhythmen zum vibrieren bringen werden, außerdem begleitet uns unser lieber freund BirdzZie mit all seiner Mystik. Gemeinsam mit unseren anderen Künstlern wird er diese Nacht zu einem besonderen Erlebnis machen.

La Perla Bogotá
La Perla is a musical project created by Karen Forero, Giovanna Mogollón and Diana Sanmiguel, musicians investigating the musical tradition of the Colombian Caribbean with more than 10 years of experience in interpreting the format of bagpipes and drums and sung dances. Born in 2014 and throughout these years have maintained a base formation, where they invited other members to add and build in different stages to define the aesthetic and staging resources that have allowed them to stand out in the capital and national environment . In 2015 they were winners of the Gaita’s Festival from Ovejas, Sucre, in the amateur category as the first Bogota group and second group of women to win this recognition in the whole history of the festival. Since then it has been an innovative project that, inspired by the traditional sounds of the Caribbean, pays tribute to cultural legacies, that ventures through other routes of the great Caribbean and that converge in spaces of innovation, until reaching an original sound with attitude and a very unique charisma that fully represents the new Colombian music. They have circulated in concert halls, bars, cultural centers and festivals where they have played both traditional music and their own repertoire. In 2017 they traveled to Mexico on their first international tour, in Mexico City they played at the Marvin Festival, the Hilvana Forum, the Bipo San Ángel, Tintico Bar, and in Guadalajara at the Bretón Cultural Center, Foro Independencia and Pare de Sufrir. In 2017 they released the EP Paren la Bulla, a record production recorded on Mambo Negro Records.
In 2018 they release the single Bruja that has brought great recognition to the group, song that was chosen to be synchronized in the netflix series, "Siempre Bruja". With the name of Bruja also make two international tours: the first to Chile, passing through the city of Santiago and playing in renowned spaces such as La Maestra Vida, El Clan, San Joaquin Cultural Center and the tribute to the carnival of Barranquilla and the city de Concepción in Balmaceda Arte Joven y en Casa de Salud; and the second in Europe for Spain, Italy and Switzerland, playing at the Ibaiertzean Festival, in Iruña, El Intruso Bar in Madrid, Diobar in Barcelona, Grin Festival in Roveredo, Switzerland, and the Mercatino Verde do Mundo in Bologna, Italy. In February 2019, they toured two cities in the United States, as a result of the IDARTES international circulation scholarship. The group participated in the Festival Ground Up in Miami where they shared the stage with great artists such as Susana Baca, Snarky Puppy, Richard Bona and Carlos Malta among others; and in New York they played at two legendary bars, important music venues in the world such as Barbés in Brooklyn and Terraza 7 in Queens. They are currently on tour in Spain

BIRDZZIE GREW UP IMMERSED IN A MUSICAL ENVIRONMENT THAT INCLUDED THE RADIO, RECORDS AND CASSETTES. SELECTOR FROM AN EARLY AGE, BEGAN HIS ACTIVITIES AS A PROFESSIONAL DJ IN 2008, TRAVELING BETWEEN A BIG MISCELLANEA OF MUSICAL STYLES. THAT YEAR MOVED TO BRAZIL AND BEGAN TO PRODUCE MUSIC, WORKING WITH SOUNDTRACK AND AUDIOVISUAL INSTALLATIONS, BESIDES BEING A PART OF THE ORIGINAL FORMATION OF THE VOODOOHOP COLLECTIVE AND THE REVOLUTION OF SÃO PAULO’S UNDERGROUND SCENE.
TODAY, BACK TO PORTUGAL TO THE ASCENDING LISBON’S CULTURAL SCENE, HE IS STRONGLY INFLUENCED BY THE CHANTS AND RHYTHMS OF REGIONAL AND TRADITIONAL CULTURES, THAT BUILD HIS OWN MUSICAL IDENTITY. ON THE OTHER HAND ELECTRONIC MANIFESTATIONS OF THE CONTEMPORARY ALSO FASCINATES HIM, TRYING TO EXPERIMENT BETWEEN THESE TWO IMAGINARIES
