Tobias Leibetseder
is a composer, performer, sound and media artist. In his work he engages with the aspects of space and transformation. Studied jazz / fusion guitar at the American Institute of Music. Studied architecture at the Vienna University of Technology. Studied computer music and electronic media at the Institute for Electroacoustics at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna. Studied media composition and computer music at the Anton Bruckner University in Linz. Works in the field of electroacoustic music, sound art, radio art, graphics, design, media art.

BRANDO ZORES SZELY
Szely studied at the Institute for Electro-acoustic and Electronic Music, Vienna. He works in the fields of sound-architecture and -installation, intermedia art, composition, radio art, sound environments for theatre, concerts and performances, and acoustic interventions in public space. Since 2003, he has been in charge of the sound architecture and the sound direction for the series TONSPUR for a public space, a project by TONSPUR Kunstverein Wien. . CD releases on mosz, sabotage records, one drop of blood records. Numerous grants, e.g.: Mexico City, Fujino Japan, Istanbul, Moskau, Tel Aviv. His works, as well as concert installations were shown and heard in Europe, the USA, in Asia and in Canada as well as in Russia.
My music is about possibilities. It is not a commodity, a finished and polished product. When I work on a setup, I create a platform, an open, non-repetitive structure. What I look for is a moment of surprise. I move a fader, flick a switch, and suddenly there is a combination, a momentum that is new to me. In these moments, the audience and I are on the same plane, that’s the experience I aim for and that’s how it should be.
