Meuterei Seasion Closing


Alas, another dynamic season is soon in the books. While our hearts are heavy with sorrow that Meuterei shall promptly retreat into summer slumber, we are equally exhilarated to end things with a deafening bang. This season saw a legion of techno heavyweights showcase their craft and prowess on the decks and convey what Meuterei is all about: sharp and sophisticated sounds, warm and harmonious elation and a constant pursuit to push conventional boundaries. For the grand finale, we have something truly special in store for you. Hailing from the birthplace of techno, these two Detroit siblings have undoubtedly forever made their mark within the scene and are sure to live up to the mystique which they have effortlessly cultivated over these past two decades. Debuting on fellow Detroit-native Derrick May’s Transmat label, they have since then gone on to touring the globe and taking the world by storm with their own label, 430 West Records. They have remixed several recordings for the likes of Massive Attack, Joey Negro and Inner City to name a few. Their live sets have transcended genres and embody both inspiration and wisdom. We are both humbled and honoured to have them close the final chapter of this tale. No story is truly complete without a proper ending. Octave One, ladies and gentlemen.
